My husband and I were moving to the Andover area and contacted Chris to help us find a house. We didn’t know much about him, but it certainly worked out well. He did his research on every house we wanted to see, plus he knows a lot about the bones and workings of houses. He has a great sense of humor, answered our questions well, referred us to good people for services . . . but most of all, he never once failed to pick up the phone, or get back to us right away, or do what he said he would do.
