My husband and I stumbled upon Chris talking about Andover on a YouTube video. We were moving there, so on a lark we called him. Well, it couldn’t have worked out better. He did his research on every house we wanted to see, plus he knows a lot about the bones and workings of houses. He had a great sense of humor, answered our questions well, referred us to good people for services . . . but most of all, he never once failed to pick up the phone, or get back to us right away, or do what he said he would do. (And keep in mind, we weren’t the easiest of clients.) In the case of the house we bought, he did a marvelous job of helping us win it. We were very happy with him. He’s a pro.
